She joined the Firm following a successful tenure at a well-regarded Ortigas-based practice, quickly distinguishing herself through her disciplined work ethic and result-oriented client relations. As a Senior Associate, she leads the Firm’s junior legal team, mentoring staff and maintaining quality control across all legal submissions.
She likewise advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including contract drafting, corporate housekeeping, and regulatory compliance, with experience across industries such as renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. Her practice also covers labor and employment, where she has handled the preparation of position papers and other submissions, as well as advised on workplace policies and employee relations. She has been involved in land-related transactions where she evaluates property acquisitions and facilitates the transfer of titles, as well as conducting due diligence for special projects.
Ms. Villanueva was admitted to the bar in 2022. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda Alabang School of Law and holds a degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management from San Beda University. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – RSM Chapter.
